Robert Russell provides real estate and investment banking consulting services to both domestic and international clients. Robert has been involved in complex real estate, Wall Street and business transactions for over 45 years and developed in excess of 8,000,000 sq.ft. of industrial, office and commercial building space, 1,300 residential units and 260 acres of planned industrial park property - with a combined value in excess of $900,000,000.

Robert's expertise and strength allow an owner the option of securing services by paying a reasonable hourly monthly retainer or establishing an equity position. This can take the form of a straight “broker” fee or percentage of the increased value. Most deals are a combination of the above.

Robert was a member of the Governors Council for affordable housing in Colorado for two years, served on the executive board of the Boy Scouts of America and has held numerous board positions in charitable and arts related philanthropic organizations.
