Acquire - We are site selection professionals for Tenants and Owner/Users. We support the client with a broad experience level in feasibility and due diligence, which assists clients in determining the best location for their business and the best approach for an investment property. We help clients determine the acquisition price, timing, the best financing and transaction structure that will benefit them the most. We work with a vast network of licensed commercial real estate brokers to assist in markets throughout the United States.
Hold - We help you determine how to structure the acquisition and/or the lease of the real property to maximize value within a real estate portfolio and then assist in executing that plan.
Exit - We assist in valuation and the structure of a sale transaction to maximize the value of the asset. We are licensed real estate brokers and are members of the largest national commercial listing platforms for sale and lease of commercial properties. We have led the sale of approximately $600,000,000 of commercial and industrial properties. This includes the Managing Directors direct involvement in the bulk sale of 26 properties to a publicly traded REIT in 2019.
